We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Native English Speaker to help bring our lounge to life. ### What You'll Do * Chat with members in a relaxed, natural setting * Welcome new visitors and help them feel comfortable * Start conversations and connect people with each other * Create a fun, positive English-speaking atmosphere * Encourage members to use English confidently No lesson planning. No grammar teaching. No formal classes. Your job is simple: Help people enjoy speaking English. ### Who We're Looking For * Native English Speaker (US, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand) - Foreigner * Friendly, approachable, and energetic * Loves meeting new people * Comfortable starting conversations * Enjoys small talk and social interaction * Naturally positive and engaging Teaching experience is not required. We're not looking for a teacher. We're looking for someone who can make people feel welcome, spark conversations, and create great energy in the room. ### Flexible Schedule Days and hours can be discussed based on your availability.
